We want to make sure are are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any UNUSED products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
If you wish to return a product, then it must...
Be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Be unused and not damaged.
Be sent back in its original packaging.
Have all products that belong in the same order to be returned in one shipment.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. However, you will have the option to request that your returned merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received.
All umbrellas come with a 2-year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will exchange it.
Please note accidental damage and misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused through usage, including wear and tear and wind damage, is not covered by our warranty. All umbrellas dispatched have gone through thorough testing and quality control.
